A smashed screen or damaged camera are the most commonly replaced items on the iPhone. Repairing these components, depending on the iPhone model, can sometimes amount to as much as a third of the original value of a new phone. A much cheaper and far more practical solution is to protect the screen on the iPhone with protective glass, which in addition can be easily installed yourself at home.
