30-day returns
Easy returns, no reason required
At CRONG, we extend the statutory 14-day withdrawal period to 30 days from the day you receive your product, giving you more time to review your purchase.

Key information
You have 30 days from receiving your product to notify us of your withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of return shipping, including when returning from outside Poland.
Pack your item
Protect the item against damage during transit. You can reuse the packaging in which your order arrived.
Send your parcel
Choose a carrier and ship your parcel to our address in Poland. For returns sent from within Poland, you can also use an InPost parcel locker.
Return period
CRONG voluntarily extends the statutory 14-day withdrawal period to 30 days from receipt of the product. Notify us within this period using the returns form or another clear statement of withdrawal.
After notifying us, send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice. Dispatching it before this deadline is sufficient.
Return shipping costs and address
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning your item. If you choose a shipping option offered in the returns form, its current price will be shown before confirmation. This fee may be deducted from your refund.
Returns from outside Poland: you must choose your own carrier, send the parcel to our address in Poland below and pay the full direct cost of international return shipping. We do not provide free international returns.
Use a carrier of your choice. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. Returns via InPost parcel lockers are available for parcels dispatched within Poland only.

Return conditions
- The returned product should be complete, including all supplied parts and accessories.
- You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
- You are liable for any reduction in the product's value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases excluded by applicable law and the store's Terms and Conditions.
Refunds
We will issue your refund no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold payment until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
We will use the same payment method as for your original purchase, unless we agree on another method that costs you nothing extra. We also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available for your order.
Product exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for another model, colour or size. Return the original product and place a new order so your preferred version can be shipped without waiting for the return to be processed.
Faulty or non-conforming items
If the product is damaged or does not conform to the contract, use our separate complaint form. A complaint is not an ordinary return; the withdrawal shipping-cost rules above do not limit your statutory complaint rights. Please wait for instructions before sending the product.
